Our Work with Correctional Industries

Bluegrass Broom & Mop works closely with Correctional Industries across the country to help develop work programs.  You could call this the "heart" of our business because it's something we feel strongly about and it has such a positive impact.  These programs train and employ offenders in states like Kentucky and Alabama to build and distribute janitorial supplies throughout their states.  Voluntary work programs like these have been proven to reduce recidivism, help secure employment after release, and save tax dollars by giving state agencies access to quality products manufactured and warehoused within their own states.
